We currently offer international shipping to the following countries: Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees that are imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected upon delivery.
  • Please allow additional time for customs processing, which may vary by country.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier's website or in your MXWL account under the "Order History" section.

While we make every effort to ship orders on time, please note that shipping times are estimates, and there may be delays due to:

  • Please note: we are not responsible for lost or stolen items that have been marked as "Delivered" to your address.
